7.Healthy diet

  • You should have a properly balanced diet.
  • Sugar is not good in terms of nutrition so eat less sugary food.
  • Our skin is made up of fats so eat more healthy fats.
  • Don’t eat spicy food.

8. Remove makeup

It is important to remove makeup because it goes to your pores which are not good for your skin.
