Boil water and then add basil leaves, turmeric powder,  jaggery if you don’t have jaggery you can add honey, cumin seeds, mint leaves, and then boil this mixture for 2-3 minutes then your drink is ready. Drink it and stay strong and healthy.

Food made with white flour:

 

Avoid food made with white flour like white bread most baked goods and pasta. Food made with white flour not only lack nutrition but raise sugar levels in your blood

Fried foods:

 

These are high in saturated fat, which again recollects in your liver and makes it harder for your liver to work efficiently.

Avoid alcohol:

 

It’s not technically a food but still, it has to be processed by your liver and it can extremely damage your liver.  Alcohol destroys the liver cells which in time could result in cirrhosis, alcoholic hepatitis, or even liver cancer.

Apple cider vinegar:
